Voter Education for the 2020 - 2021 General Elections in Uganda.

The Electoral Commission contracted UPIMAC Consultancy Services to conduct Voter Education services on behalf of the Electoral Commission, for the update and display of the National Voters' Register in preparation for the 2020 - 2021 General Elections. The Assignment was to mobilize Ugandans for the update of the National Voter Register between 21-November to 23-December 2019 and participate in the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.

Rationalization of the Institution Functions and Management;
Sizing of staff establishments.

UPIMAC is concerned largely with strategic management of human resource in regard to leadership, training and development, team building, motivation, communication and institutional capacity building, accountability as well as addressing macro level organizational questions such as organization structure and design.
