UPIMAC has extensive experience in undertaking capacity building activities like training, undertaking capacity needs assessment, drawing up training plans and carrying out other human resource development capacity initiatives that lead themselves to meeting the needs of clients in various sectors and levels.
UPIMAC has particular competence and expertise in carrying out Training of Trainers courses, where principles of Adult Learning, Techniques for instructors design, training methodologies, presentation and facilitation skills are imparted on trainers.
