Sustainable Development and quality service delivery cannot occur without adequate trained personnel; whether in management and administration, technical services or community development.  UPIMAC has extensive experience in undertaking capacity building activities like training, undertaking capacity needs assessment, drawing up training plans and carrying out other human resource development capacity initiatives that lead themselves to meeting the needs of clients in various sectors and levels.  

UPIMAC has particular competence and expertise in carrying out Training of Trainers courses, where principles of Adult Learning, Techniques for instructors design, training methodologies, presentation and facilitation skills are imparted on trainers.  Computer training is an integrated part providing hands on training our clients.

A Demand – Based – Approach is adopted where specific/skills are needed.  Capacity Building that is strictly guided and tailored towards the actual needs of the people is an important element in the planning and management of development programmes.

In addition, Capacity Buidling (CB) activities in the LGs incorporate the needs of CBOs among other key stakeholders and our consultants have had an opportunity to review the CBNA reports and implementation reports
